We do things a little differently around here. We are owned collectively by our founding members, all of which work at TBC filling various roles. We are entirely self-funded and built much of our own brewhouse ourselves. We are strong advocates of independent craft beer. We frequently feature local musicians of all types and often showcase underground music on our in-house sound system. Due to our relatively small brewhouse, we are able to fill and constantly change our 23 taps on the regular, typically introducing a new beer every week. We brew everything under the sun with many seasonal repeats & specialize in brewing dark beers, barrel-fermented sours, herbal beers, and all manner of IPAs – you’ll have to come down to our brewery & tasting room to see what we’re about. We know you won’t be disappointed.
