Ryan and I have been together for the better part of 10 years. We’ve grown together, grown apart, and grown back together and what our special love story has taught me is that when he is passionate about something he cannot put it down. I am beyond proud of him for putting everything on the line to pursue his dream and his passion…and never putting it down. This is how 27A Brewing Company came to be a reality.

Ryan & I were both born and raised in Lindenhurst, as were my mom and dad, and we’re here to stay. We want to raise our family here. We’ve seen the ups and downs of this town first hand so it could not be more fitting that we will be a part of its revitalization. There are a lot of exciting things coming to this town and we are beyond thrilled to be a key part of that. We’re so excited to give locals a new place to hang out and to introduce people to our village who are coming from out of town.

With the combination of experience, Ryan has gained through home brewing with the Long Island and Beer and Malt Enthusiasts, as well as through formal training he has gained while brewing for Greenpoint Beer and Ale, he has created his own meticulous and unique style of brewing. You’ll see his creativity shine with beers on tap with a strong culinary influence.

We’ve been able to open this brewery is the support we’ve gotten from our friends, family, and the Village of Lindenhurst. Like how I’ve never doubted Ryan, they’ve never doubted him either, and for that, I am eternally grateful. I can’t wait for you all to see and taste the vision we have been curating for years.
