After a year of waiting on the State Liquor Authority, the Kidd Squid Brewing Company, the latest occupant of the 1870 Sag Harbor railroad freight depot station, opened its doors on July 18, 2022.

Beer, which is made and packaged at the North Fork Brewery in Riverhead, is Kidd Squid’s principal product. Gose ale, lager, pilsner, and New England Style IPAs are among the beers on tap; each is named for a distinct full moon.
